So I just came back from LA with a renewed vigor for the hustle.  I promise to post more of both Mortar and Music.  That being said, LA was a good excursion for me.  I am starting to understand why people live out there.  But don’t get it twisted, I will never live out there full time.  Rather, I will not live out there full time anytime soon. 

Once I hopped off the plane I was bombarded with a mirage of emails.  One email in particular stood out - “Remember this apartment?  It’s back.”  I opened the email up and was pleasantly surprised.  For the price, this apartment is by far the best deal I have seen this week.  Stainless steel appliances, deco fireplace, faces a tree lined courtyard, great size bedroom, and tons of closet space.  Check it out.  I found another Gem…

As I sat in front of my computer this afternoon sipping Perrier (cause I love me some sparkling water) and trolling the internet for new music and new RE deals I got an email from my associate with the subject line reading - “Do you have anyone for this?”  Upon opening the email I immediately fell in love.   $10,000 2 bed private townhouse on Charles Lane with outdoor space.  If this doesn’t suit your tastes, I am probably not the right broker for you. 

In the words of my good friend  and DJ, Dimitry Mak, “I stays finding the most unique properties.”   Just ask Big Handsome.  Another gem that is a stand alone house in the middle of the West Village with skylights and decorative fireplace.  $2500 #teamhandsome

450 Broome St $10,500 - I’ve been super swamped the last 3 weeks.  And Chilling with my boys Dimitry Mak, Chris Santos, and Dave Delzio has put me in a coma.  Anyway, I found another one guys.  3 Bedroom 2 Bath New York style loft that reminds me of the 80’s (kind of been on that vibe lately).  If you follow me via twitter facebook or tumblr you know that I LOVE New York style apartments.  And if you call me asking me to help you find a luxury highrise cookie cutter home I will literally HANG UP on you.  Have a nice day!
